Jens Petter has an extensive record of accomplishment from the retail industry as part of building the Høili Group (Europris), a leading Nordic retail chain. Jens Petter Høili was key to the sale of Høili Group to private equity firm Industri Kapital in 2005. This transaction marked the largest private transaction in Scandinavia that year. Jens Petter has a Master of Marketing & Business degree, and was originally a Computer Engineer. Founder of EasyPark.



Roar has held management positions in Cap Gemini since 1987, including CFO, Director of Business Support and Executive Vice President. He has more than 20 years of experience in management, finance, business analysis, risk management, M&A and business development. Roar has also held a number of board positions in various companies and being involved in several other start-up projects.



André has more than 25 years of leadership and organizational experience from prominent Norwegian B2B and B2C companies with international footprints. A marketing management and sales director career at Lilleborg in Orkla was followed by a CEO position in Orkla’s Snacks division and then a position as CEO of Tomra in Europe. Since then, André has held several Group CEO positions in leading IT companies, including TeleComputing ASA, Umoe IKT and Kjedehuset. He was also Executive Vice President at Atea ASA. André has a B.Sc. (Hons.) from Manchester School of Management, UMIST.


VP Sales

Jan has been working in the retail industry for more than 12 years. Founded Retail House in 1999 which has become the leading retail marketing agency in the Nordics. Also founded the company Viamo which was acquired by Swedish MTGx in 2013. He then spent his lock-in period in TV3/P4 before joining FairChance Group in 2015. Education from University of Oslo (3 years law) and Merkantilt Institutt (marketing/design).



John holds broad experience in sales, marketing and political issues. Former marketing and sales director of Norsk Lotteridrift ASA. He has held several management positions. Education from NHH Oslo and law studies at the University of Bergen.

Nikolai Hamilton From: Nikolai ”Nick”  is a founding partner of M&A Corporate Advisors. He has held a range of positions in the financial sector, such as; Director in the Nordic Region and London for Credit Agricole Indosuez, First Vice President at Banque Indosuez in Paris, and Vice President and Manager in the Nordic Region for Bank of America. Nick takes part in various Board Directorships such as Executive Chairman for M&A Corporate Advisors, and Non Executive positions for The Future Group and Fairchance. He is fluent in English, Norwegian, French, Swedish, Danish. He has an MBA from INSEAD and degrees from universities in Norway and Sweden.


Werner Hosewinckel Christie: Educated as a Medical Doctor (University of Oslo 1979) with degrees also in social science. (Sociology; University of Oslo 1969, Philosophy; University of Bergen 1971 and political Science; University of Oslo 1972). Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He was Norways first Minister of Health (Department of Health and Social Affairs) 1992-1995, serving in Dr. Brundtlands Cabinet 1992-1996. Dr. Gro Harlem Brundtland is a former Chair on World Commission on Environment and Development (WCED), and a later Director General of WHO.

Espen Brodin, Ph.D. Former CEO and founder of FAST Search & Transfer, a leading global search engine company. FAST is currently one of the largest IT companies owned by Microsoft.
